Mayonnaise Rolls

These are great. I've made them several times when I want bread to go with a meal and am in a hurry. These have that "homemade" taste that beats a frozen roll every time but they take much, much less time and effort than making yeast rolls or dragging out the bread maker. I made these last night to go with soup.

1 cup self-rising flour

3 Tbsp. mayo

1/2 cup milk

pinch of sugar

pinch of salt

Mix together and put in greased muffin tins. Batter will be slightly lumpy like a muffin batter. Oven at 425 for 15 min or until brown on top.
