So still....so quiet.....

I met Nana at the Cracker Barrell in Cave City, KY yesterday and she took the kids back to Nashville until Spencer and I come up on Friday morning.

Spencer and I have been on some date nights here and there, gone to see Tower of Power and left Easton with Mimi for a night, and got to spend an entire 5 days in Florida last June while the kids stayed at Nana's. But this is a first. Being in our home all alone. My house is quiet. There are no children. So quiet.

Like a twitch, I keep looking around waiting for someone to need something.

Is it wrong to enjoy these blessed hours yet miss kissing their little cheeks at the same time?
