Construction Day 10

Yesterday was a productive day. Grout went on all the tiles and the toilet and sink were installed. The tile will need a few more "wipe-downs" but our new bathroom is only days away. I've estimated that the inaugural shower date will be Thursday morning. The sink and potty are already functional so I plan on brushing my teeth in there as soon as we get home.

Oh, yes. We're in Nashville on a mini-vacation. JCPS had a flex PD (professional development) today, giving me a three day weekend. Spencer and I are going to leave the kids with Nana and Papa tonight and go consume a billion calories at the Macaroni Grill and sleep in until noon. Okay that's a joke. We won't sleep past 8, but that's still pretty exciting.
