Salmon and Couscous
Well, that's about all there is to it. I cooked the salmon in a skillet with a little olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. I prepared the couscous with 1 part orange juice and 1 part water. I chopped some dried apricots and added them to the boiling water to plump a bit. Then I added the couscous and let it do its thing while the salmon was cooking.
Camille refused to let me feed her with a spoon so she fed the couscous to herself. We may never get the floor clean again. Easton protested the whole meal until we bribed him with dessert and then he cleaned his plate.
