Capps/Barham
My sister Kerri and her family came to visit this past weekend. (Hence, the new slip-n-slide, see below) They brought their camera and got some good pictures. I'm going to cheat and link to John's recap. Before they left we tried to get everyone in a family shot. Three out of four children were happy and when dealing with kids that's just about as good as you can get. The thing I love most about this picture is the expression on mine and Kerri's face. We both have that wide-eyed, surprised look on our faces. Kind of like the way that we discovered we had both bought the exact same blush and the shower gel that she brought (and left behind - I'm considering whether I want to return it or just use it all) is my absolute favorite. And when I mentioned that I'd found the perfect color of lipstick, she didn't ask what is was, she already knew the brown/red color ratio that Rader women must use. When we were young, my sisters and I would sit around watching the women of our family and joke that one day, we would be them. After this weekend, I'm afraid that "one day" is here. No, not afraid. Glad. It was fun.
