Darn I love that boy

We were out and about today and got back home late after Easton fell asleep in the car. Not a good scenario for nap time. But we went through the whole naptime routine and he got in bed. He started off singing and talking (a usual thing) but kept going and going and going. I just left him in there. Once he started yelling for me when his penguin fell on the floor and he wanted it back. Hooray! He didn't get up to get it by himself. Maybe we won't have to be on the SuperNanny after all.

You guys are so lucky with the bedtime situation. I remember with Hannah I wanted to run away because it would last for hours. She would get up and down, want to watch TV, want more milk, want Nana or Papa, etc..... Now 6 years later will still have problems, not as bad, but there is always some kind of drama going down at bedime. I just hope Kendall doesn't go through that.
Anyways, I just want to say you and Spencer are both wonderful parents and try not to worry so much everything will be okay.
Man you're so lucky!

Hannah has grown up to be such a big girl. When she and Nana were here last Thanksgiving, I remember that she was going to go downstairs on the couch for some "quiet time". She didn't argue and I even offered to let her watch a cartoon or something on TV. She said, No - I want to watch the weather channel. And she did! The funniest part was that the next day I said something about snow or rain and she gave us the whole 7 day forecast.
