Prom Night
My dad found some old pictures and sent them to me. These are from the night of my sophomore prom. I went with a guy that I did not like. He was nice, but there was NO romantic interest. His name was Tim and he was a senior. The first picture is of me holding a mini-dryer for my nails. But it's not pointed at my nails so maybe I was blowing air on my face. Why? I was 15. Who knows? I'm not sure what was in my mouth - was I eating something? The best part of that picture can be found under my dresser. See the strange white shoes with black soles? Ah yes! Marching band shoes. Those were the hard plastic kind. Not the soft tennis-shoe like appearance that they have today. The second picture is me "posing" on our piano bench. I was never good at the serious look - Always better when I smile.

Ok, so when we have that Sunday School party where we bring old pictures of ourselves do I have permission to steal these from your blog and blow them up lifesize? Pretty please?
Note to "myunbornjournal". If Jenny does not give you permission, I have some really good pictures you can use.
Note to Jenny; That first prom was a big event for both of us. My oldest daughter going out on her first "real" date. I was proud of you then as I am now.

If we ever have that SS party then you have permission, but I'll have to cut you off at a 4X6. However, I've got some great 70's pictures of some skinny guy with hippie hair that would make a good lifesize print.
oh that's even better! though i think now i have a direct line to your dad who will lend me anything i need!
