Spencer's Special Spaghetti
1 package ground beef
1 jar plain generic spaghetti sauce (do NOT get the kind with added veggies or mushrooms or whatever)
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, diced
Soy sauce
Brown the beef in a skillet and warm sauce in saucepan. Drain beef and add to sauce. Saute mushrooms and onion in a pool of soy sauce until onions are translucent and mushrooms have soaked up all of the liquid they can possibly hold. Add to saucepan. Mixture should be fairly chunky. Serve over noodles. In my opinion, it tastes best if you don't add parmesean cheese at the end.
