Yellow Circle

Jack began pre-school last week. Easton's preschool (yes, they are in two different places) will begin next Thursday. At Jack's school, each child is assigned a symbol. Red square, yellow circle, blue triangle, etc. Most importantly the child is to sit on his symbol for "circle time." Jack has been telling Easton all about pre-school so Easton will know what to expect next week. On the way home from Jack's house, we have the following conversation:

Easton- When I go to school, I am going to have a symbol.
Mom - Really? Would you like a symbol like Jack has?
Easton - Yes, but it is not a cymbal that you play, it will be a symbol that you sit on.

Atta boy. I guess he's really been paying attention at all of those band concerts.
