Snowbird vs. the Easter Bunny

One week ago our beautiful tree thought it was springtime.

Look how gorgeous those blooms are!!!
And then......there was snow. Yes. Snow. Yesterday. Yuck.

Here are some shots of us at our church's Easter egg hunt this morning. Easton's Sunday School teacher hosts it at her house every year. She and her husband live on a gorgeous horse farm. This year we all stayed huddled in the barn to keep warm. The kids went out for just a few minutes to find eggs. Camille stayed outside long enough to pick up two eggs, put them in the basket and then I couldn't feel my fingers any more so I took her back inside. Easton toughed it out long enough to fill up his entire basket. (And yes, that's his halloween basket but that's what he wanted to use so we didn't argue the point)
