Hop on this bus! We're goin to Biiiiiiiii-ble School!!
Unless you've been to Pine Ridge, SD then you won't understand the above statement. Sorry.
Avalanche Ranch days 2 and 3 have gone well. No more naps. I guess the sinus was really getting me that first day. So far we have learned that God is Real (wahoo), God is With Us (wahoo) and God is Strong (wahoo). Tomorrow my co-teacher has to be out so I'm on my own. Actually I think I'm getting a youth helper so that should be fun. They always have lots of energy. And Friday we're supposed to talk about lepers and the kids "wash" their hands in a mud bath of chocolate pudding. Yeah, pray for me that day.
For those of you keeping track, the "leg toucher" was upgraded to "leg kisser" yesterday and now has advanced to "climb up on my co-teacher and try to kiss her entire face". And not in an Easton-I'm going to knock you down kind of way, but more like a Camille-I want to love all over my baby doll kind of way. Luckily, she wants nothing to do with me and saves all of her affections for co-teacher. I try to intervene and keep her on opposite sides of the circle from co-teacher but she is sneaky and manages to get close to her anyways.

After Bible School at Pine Ridge I would think that you could handle leg touchers, lickers, kissers and anything else that might come up.
Those were good times. I am glad we had those experiences.

Good point. You haven't been loved until you've been loved on by a child covered in sno-cone.
