Dinner Diaries
Dieters, be warned. This is some yummy from Rachel Ray.
Wafflewiches
It's supposed to be a knock-off of the Monte Cristo. I've never had one of those, but this thing was pretty good. And it only took 10 min to throw together, so it's fast too!
You'll need:
Frozen waffles
Deli Ham
Deli Turkey
Sliced Swiss
Honey Mustard
Whole Cranberry Sauce (we told Easton this was jelly, and honestly a good fruit jelly would work here)
Take the waffles and toast them a bit. Assemble with honey mustard on one side, Cranberry on the other, meat and cheese in the middle. Heat in a skillet with butter until cheese melts.

You know, these might not be bad to try here in our house! If I can find some "good" waffles, I don't think the fat/calories would be too off the charts.
Thanks for sharing!
