White Chicken Chili
This was a cut and paste recipe from 4 different ones I found online. I served it to guests (sorry J&T) before I actually sampled it - but they said nice things so I guess it gets a good rating. I thought it was good. A little spicy and little thick (which I find to be good chili qualities)
2 large chicken breast (cubed)
1 large onion
Garlic
Cumin (2 palms full)
Pepper/Salt
Cayenne pepper
3 cans white beans
1 4oz can green chilies
Chicken Stock
Cook chicken until not pink. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add beans, chilies, cumin, pepper. Add enough stock to create desired consistency.
