Look at my ruffle!!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen...........I have made a ruffle. And little gathers too! Do you see them at the top?? Let's nevermind that I have over-achieving friends who make their children Colonial style dresses and knit them sweaters and put gold embossing on all of their homemade stamped Christmas cards.
I made my first ruffle. And I will be proud of that.

Holy cow! You really made a ruffle! Hey, think of it this way.......when you were in 6th grade you couldn't play all of your major scales 3 octaves but eventually, one ruffle at a time, you did it! OK, well, maybe not ALL scales 3 octaves, but hey, you get my point! I bet by this time next year, you'll have ruffles, stuffed animals..oh wait......and 3 kids :-)
