The official paint color was called "Chocolate Cherry". Our very last step is to replace the broken fan over the toilet with a light/fan. (It's always been kind of dark in there, not sure why they didn't put a light in there the first time). We were told that this could be done if we found a fixture that had only a single switch for the two functions instead of two. Well, Home Depot only had fixtures with dual switches. Spencer bought it anyway, and the guy at Home Depot plus our handy friend Will say it can still be done, but involves some wire tinkering. We don't tinker with wires. So if you're a wire tinkerer, we have a job for you. If not, the worker men will be here next Tuesday and maybe we can talk to them.

Finally, Easton helped with the painting. He did a very good job of listening and did exactly what we told him.
